CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAMS

11th BOOK CREDIT (AVAILABLE AT THE PHYSICAL STORE ONLY)

This program rewards frequent purchasers in store credit that can be used toward future purchases.

To enroll in a Program, a customer must be entered in our database.

Credits earned using the customer loyalty program can only be used to purchase an item in the same category.

This program will reward a customer who purchases 10 graphic novels within a year. To qualify for the program, a minimum purchase price of $10.00 applies to each graphic novel. After 10 graphic novels are purchased, the customer will receive a credit equal to the average price of his or her qualifying purchases. For example, if the customer bought 10 books with an average price of $12.95, they would receive a credit for $12.95.

The program is valid for a single year. Therefore, if a customer does not complete the program within one year, all accrued earnings are lost.

For example, John Doe purchases 8 qualifying books in one year. On day 366, (1 year and 1 day) John Doe’s qualifying purchases reset to 0 and John Doe must start over.

If you have a reserve with us, your online purchases are applied to your physical account and acrrue accordingly so you can reach your 10 books limit faster.

The customer Loyalty program can be revoked at any time should any of the store rules not be met. In that case, any accrued credit will be lost.

LOYALTY POINTS (AVAILABLE ONLINE ONLY)

When you purchase items online, each amount spent on eligible items gives you points that you can eventually redeem for discount vouchers. If loyalty points exist for a product, it is show on the individual product page. You can redeem loyalty points in your account after you are logged in.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER DISCOUNT (AVAILABLE BOTH IN STORE AND ONLINE)

Reserve customers who have shown an exceptional commitment to pick up their books on time and/or warned us when it was impossible and overall respect the general rules of the store are awarded an additional discount, which can be revoked any time should the basic terms not be met, to be replaced by the CUSTOMER LOYALTY program. The terms of that discount are as follows:

• A 25% discount on any comic books and trade paperbacks;
• An additional 5% discount on the purchase of European or Quebec books; You have to have an account in good standing at the store for at least three months to benefit from this discount.

Your Exceptional Customer Discount is automatically applied to your online account within 24 hours of your inscription to the website. Your discount appears when you are logged in and is automatically applied to any prices you see on the site.
