Terms & Conditions – Zone Z Events

Welcome to Zone Z! We are thrilled to host you for a unique and immersive experience at our venue. Whether you're joining us for a themed event like the Sugar Shack, a private gathering, or a cultural celebration, the following Terms & Conditions ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

By purchasing a ticket, reserving a space, or attending any event at Zone Z, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. General Event Policies

1.1 Admission & Reservations

• Pre-booking is required for most events. Walk-ins are only accepted if space allows.
• Reservations are confirmed only after full payment (unless otherwise stated).
• Ticketed events require proof of purchase (email confirmation, digital ticket, or printed ticket).
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone violating these terms or exhibiting inappropriate behavior.

1.2 Age Restrictions

• Some events may be age-restricted (e.g., 18+ for alcohol service).
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian unless otherwise stated.

1.3 Code of Conduct

• Respect for staff, other guests, and the venue is mandatory.
• No disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, or aggression will be tolerated.
• Guests who fail to comply may be asked to leave without a refund.

2. Booking, Payments & Refunds

2.1 Pricing & Payment

• Prices for events, food, and add-ons are listed on our website and may be subject to change.
• Payments must be completed online or in person before the event date.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other listed payment methods.

2.2 Refunds & Cancellations

• All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if:
  • The event is canceled by Zone Z.
  • The event is postponed and you cannot attend the new date.
• No refunds for cancellations made by attendees, except in cases of emergency (evaluated case by case).
• Tickets cannot be transferred to another event but may be gifted to another guest.

3. Event-Specific Guidelines

3.1 Food & Beverages

• Some events (e.g., Sugar Shack) include food & beverage options; details will be specified at booking.
• Outside food & drinks are not permitted, except for pre-approved dietary restrictions.
• Alcohol service follows Quebec liquor laws; bartenders may refuse service at their discretion.

3.2 Weather Policy (For Outdoor Events)

• Outdoor events (e.g., Terrace gatherings) may be subject to weather conditions.
• In case of rain, snowstorms, or extreme weather, we will:
  • Relocate the event indoors if possible.
  • Reschedule the event if relocation isn’t possible.
  • Offer credits for future events in case of cancellation.

4. Liability & Waivers

4.1 Personal Belongings

• Zone Z is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.

4.2 Health & Safety

• Guests attend events at their own risk.
• If you have allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements, notify us before the event.
• Zone Z is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during the event.

4.3 Photo & Media Consent

• By attending, you consent to photos and videos being taken for promotional use.
• If you do not wish to be photographed, inform a staff member upon arrival.

5. Changes & Contact

5.1 Policy Updates

• Zone Z reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Any updates will be posted on our website and sent to attendees if necessary.
