We only accept returns if there is a defect such as a printing error, ripped pages caused by postal mishandling, etc. Physical store policies are a little more lenient.
Through your customer account, and at checkout, you can change where your item will be delivered. That is one of the meany reasons why it is of utmost importance to register yourself or login in your account before attempting ANY purchases.
We accept a wide variety of payments, both in the physical and the virtual store. From Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin, Interac, Credit Cards (including American Express and some other American specific card), all the Canadian debit and credit cards, most prepaid cards, gift certificates, Paypal, Stripe, Square, AfterPay... You name it, we most likely have it!
Lettermail offers no tracking whatsoever but any package that costs more than 7$ in shipping in Canada most likely has a tracking associated. In the US, anything considered lette mail has no tracking and that includes small packages. International shipments tracking fees are exponentially abusive, so most of the options do not offer them.
