SHIPPING, DELIVERY, STORE PICKUPS INFORMATIONS & OTHER ORDER INCENTIVES

Shipping costs are based on product weight and physical addresses

All orders, excluding weekends and holidays, are shipped within 24 hours unless preorders or pre-releases are included in the invoice.

New releases ordered in advance will be shipped within 24 hours of their release date.

Delays may occur due to credit card issues, billing discrepancies, or damaged products requiring replacements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Duties or customs fees are not included, and Z Bookstore is not responsible for paying or charging them.

International orders may occur additional delays due to customs verification.

All international orders shall have the actual purchased value of its contents identified on the packaging for customs purposes.

Delivery times can vary greatly depending on the shipping method chosen, your country, your province or territory and how rural your location is.

Not to mention fickle things like pandemics, wars, weather, traffic, customs, strikes and other assorted issues.

CANADA:

From 1 day up to 2 weeks for Canada, depending on everything mentioned above.

UNITED STATES:

From 2-14 days for the United States, depending on everything mentioned above.

INTERNATIONAL

5-14 days for international parcels by air, and 6-8 weeks (up to 12 weeks) for international parcels by surface. Again, conditional to all the elements mentioned above.

REGARDLESS OF THE COSTS INVOLVED, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE USE OF THE TRACKING OPTIONS AS IT MAKES LIFE MUCH MORE EASIER FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED IN CASE OF A PROBLEM.  BUT AS ALWAYS, THE CHOICE REMAINS YOURS.

CANADA:

Tracking is available for Standard, Expedited Parcel, XPress Post, and all the premium shipping options.

Regular mail, which can be applied up to the weight of five (5) comic books or a small book, does not apply. 

Bear in mind that if you choose a non tracking option, we might not be able to resend you your items due to the limited nature of comic books and you will not be eligible for the Canada Post refund insurance for lost, damaged or missing parcels.

Because of the lack of tracking using these methods, we decline all responsibilities if the package is lost or stolen.  We will limit ourselves to the liabilities imposed by the law in those cases.

UNITED STATES:

There is a TRACKED PARCEL OPTION, WHICH IS FAIRLY EXPENSIVE.  LETTER MAIL AND SMALL PACKET DO NOT BENEFIT FROM A TRACKING OPTION.

Because of the lack of tracking using these methods, we decline all responsibilities if the package is lost or stolen.

INTERNATIONAL:

There is only one single tracking option for international parcels and it is Expensive witha capital E.  Often costing several times the price of the order itself.

Lettermail and small packages do not offer the tracking option,  But you are taking a risk.

Because of the lack of tracking using these methods, we decline all responsibilities if the package is lost or stolen.

Qualifying domestic orders over $100.00 (before applicable taxes) will be shipped free by Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY:

• Free Shipping applies to all domestic orders of comic books, comic book variants, graphic novels, trade paperbacks, books, magazines and back issues.  Toys, Collectibles, Apparel, and Supplies, do not qualify.

• Any irregular sized products may be excluded from free shipping, such as statues, toys, apparels, etc.

• Back-Issues and/or Graded products of greater value may be subject to supplemental shipping insurance.

• Offer applies only to orders shipped to a single Canadian address.

• ALL items must be shipped together.

• LARGE Oversized or overweight items such as statues or supplies are exempt from the FREE SHIPPING OFFER.

• SUPPLIES cannot be added to an order with FREE SHIPPING. You can either pay full shipping or order the supply items separately.

Free shipping does not apply to international orders. As much as we would like to, the volume is insuffcient and the costs are way too high.

Orders qualify for shipping within 24 hours based the following conditions:

• The order does not contain pre-release items. This applies to all new releases that are posted one week prior to their arrival in-stock. Should an order contain a pre-release item, the order will be shipped within 24 hours of the item's arrival in-stock. For information on a product's release date refer to the product listing page.

• All products in the order must be in acceptable condition to be shipped. If a product ordered is in-stock but has been received damaged from a supplier, it will not be shipped until satisfactory replacement copies have arrived in-stock. Should this situation arise, customers shall be contacted by Z Bookstore customer service within 24 hours.  If we cannot replace teh item, it will be refunded in full and/or the damaged item will be shipped to you on demand at no charge.

• Erroneous inventory allocations. An extraordinary effort is made in ensuring that inventory listings on the website are accurate.  However, in managing an inventory of over one hundred thousand items, errors can occur, human or technical. Should a purchased item no longer be available,  customers shall be contacted by Z Bookstore customer service within 24 hours to provide further details on the situation.

• Payments cannot be pending. If a PayPal payment submitted is pending, the order shall not be shipped until PayPal has provided Z Bookstore with clearance that the payment has been received and that we can proceed with the order's shipping.

Free shipping applies ONLY to Canadian orders over $100.00 before taxes, exclusively for comic books and graphic novels.

Some restrictions apply, and certain items like toys, collectibles, apparel, and supplies are excluded.

Large oversized items and supplies cannot be added to orders with free shipping.

If you reside in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Montreal, and your postal code falls within our coverage, an extra choice will pop up during checkout. For a nominal fee, enjoy the convenience of doorstep delivery for your order!

You may also Opt for the in-store pickup option at checkout, perfect for both savvy locals and adventurous visitors.

Every monthly purchase of $150 or more gets you a Free PREVIEWS which are now given as an online card for PREVIEWS WORLD DIGITAL since July 1st, 2018.

Physical copies of PREVIEWS are available through subscription.  Marvel Previews and DC Connect Previews are now free for every subscribers.
