Chase editions are highly desirable, somewhat limited editions of Funko Pop! figures, usually (but not always) made from the same molds, packaged in the same boxes, with the same box numbers, but in different colours or finishes, such as metallic or glow in the dark. They used to be one of twelve or one of thirty six but Funko has recently gone to releasing more chases than they had in the past, making a chase for nearly every new series and cutting the rarity down to 1:6, making them much easier to find.
