GIFT CERTIFICATES ISSUED AT OUR PHYSICAL STORE

At our physical store, it is possible to purchase a gift certificate of ANY value.

You are given a card with a barcode to which the purchased amount of credit is applied.

When a purchase is made at the store, the gift certificate may be used as a means of payment.

If the amount is superior to the value of the certificate, only the difference needs to be paid. If the value is inferior to the value of the certificate, a credit remains on the certificate, equivalent to the the difference between the item price and the value of the certificate.

The certificates issued at the store have a life of 5 years from the date of issuance.

Please note that gift certificates purchased at the physical store may not be used for online purchases.

This solution provides the possibility of offering gift cards for specifc amounts in our online store.

Every customer can buy gift cards to offer people the chance to come and spend them in the online store.

These cards may also be used at the physical store, unlike the physical cards.
