2112. The future is finally perfect. Cars fly, robotics serve men in their daily lives, virtual reality provides for all desires, cloning allows miracles ... And security is entrusted to a private consortium, Safeguard, Inc., which trains young talents the preservation of order and the maintenance of utopia. But this radiant society inevitably has its dark sides. In the ignorance of citizens whose existence is devoted to their entertainment, populations of mutants, fruits of failed genetic manipulations and rejects left out of this perfect society, also want their share of light.
